Hi Joe,
My brother is Roger Heuck and he sent me your book because he thought we would relate. Although my husband and I were already fairly familiar with your topic, we found it even more thought provoking. So glad the Holy Spirit inspired you to write it.
My husband was raised Jewish. While he was the University of Missouri Men's Swimming Coach, John Putnam, a swimmer on his team along with the Campus Crusade director, led him to the Lord in 1964. Isn't that just like our Lord to work through my Jewish husband? Then after two months I came to the Lord. I pray that one day I can say Roger and Rho are believers, too. Keep them in your prayers, please.

In His love,
Alice Heuck Goldfarb

I have just finished reading this book and could not put it down till the last page. I am so discouraged with the decisions that the government has been making on our behave as citizens. And although they say get out and vote to make a difference, it seems no matter how we vote it does NOT make a difference because the government does what it wants rather then what the people want. How can they take polls etc.and yet do what they want when it is very clear that the citizens of this nation are opposed to it. I really feel that we are encouraging demise when we are supporting illegals that come to this country. I have friends from other countries that came and went through the trouble of getting their citizenship and were very happy and proud that they are now Americans.
Why are we supporting people that had no business being in this country and are taking away jobs from our citizens and that we have to support.
I understand that their social security and healthcare is twice the support I get as a US Citizen that have been working since I was 17. How do we justify this and the fact they will not speak our language and expect us to change for them when they do not belong here in the first place. Its also one of the reasons the other countries are outrunning us in education aslo, the standards in the school system have to be brought down to accommodate, I can forsee our countries demise unless something is done to take the power away from the government and give it back to the people, which is the way this country began.

Thank you Joe, for writing such an inspired and passionate book! Very enlightening on the rhythms historical patterns of civilization and it confirms most of what I have either believed or suspected for years what is wrong (and how things can return to being much better) in this country. I'll bet you had a few conversations with Dr. Adrian Rodgers. I hope you will be inspired to write again with another moving topic to fortify the direction of real change to inspire growth and not division as is the current political strategy. I will continue to promote the wisdom of your ideas and observations.

Joe,
As long as you are making changes for the next printing, I think that you need a BIG photo of yourself on the back like all the other big-time writers. Joanne
